What are the quality testing standards for electric chain hoists?
The chain hoist is a light and small lifting device. According to international standards, the internal gears are all quenched at high temperature, which increases the wear resistance and toughness of the gears. So what are the quality testing standards for chain hoists? The following small series will introduce you to everyone.
1. Appearance
All parts should be manufactured in good condition and should not have defects such as cracks, scratches and burrs that affect the appearance and use. The exposed metal surface of the electric chain hoist should be rust-proofed, and the coating should be uniform and firm. The chain hoist can not appear oil from the appearance, it refers to leakage.
2. Test power and environmental requirements
The test power supply shall be identical to the design of the chain hoist. The test environment should be consistent with the working environment conditions of the chain hoist.
3. Main test equipment and gauge requirements
Testing instruments and gauges should be qualified and within the calibration period. The requirements for accuracy and range are as follows: 1. The accuracy of the voltmeter is not less than 0.5. 2. The accuracy of the ammeter is not less than 0.5. 3. The accuracy of the transformer is not less than 0.5. 4. The accuracy of the dynamometer is not less than 1.0. 5. The error of the thermometer should be within +-1 degrees Celsius. 6. The allowable deviation of the test load is plus or minus 1%.
4. Check the content
Check the type of structure, power supply, product specifications and models; check the installation of the chain end of the lifting chain; check the oil or grease of the reducer; check the assembly of the hook; check the appearance of the painting quality; check the top marks.
5. Insulation performance check
Check the ground wire, ground screw with an insulation resistance meter, and check the resistance between the ground wire and the case with a digital bridge.
6. Inspection classification
The inspection of the chain hoist is divided into factory inspection, type inspection and life test.
The accompanying documents for each chain hoist should include the following documents: product certificate, product instruction manual, spare parts catalog.
7. Quality assurance certificate
The manufacturer shall ensure that the supplied chain hoist is properly stored and properly installed under the conditions of proper use, within 12 months from the date of use, but not more than 18 months from the date of shipment.
